Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo has recently issued another executive order limiting private gatherings on Thanksgiving. Cuomo’s executive order limits the amount of people in a private residence to 10.
Sheriff Richard Giardino stated, “Frankly, I am not sure it could sustain a Constitutional challenge in Court for several reasons including your house is your castle.”
“I have received numerous calls, texts, messages, posts and emails inquiring about Governor Cuomo’s Thanksgiving Executive Order and whether the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office intends to enforce it.”

Cuomo will have a hard time having his order enforced if even the sheriffs are questioning his order. Read the rest of the article here.
